All I can say about Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe is yummy!!! And they come in so many different variations I'm sure you'll find one that you like.

I don’t drink alcohol but I have some friends that add coconut rum or even mango rum to it and they love it.

The only down fall is that they can be fattening, at least the way I like them, but hey, if you are going to have one why mot make it taste the best and enjoy.... one rich and creamy smoothy never hurt anyone!

Ok two down falls about Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe, I hate to say it but pina colada smoothies are the type where sometimes on a hot day you just cant have one, but the up side they are actually rally healthy fruit smoothies if you cut back on the cream or alcohol.

Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe

Mango Pina Colada.....it's really Yummy

* 1 mango - peeled, seeded and cubed
* 1 1/4 cups ice cubes
* 2 to 4 tablespoons honey
* 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk

DIRECTIONS
Place the mango cubes, ice, sugar, pineapple juice, cream, and coconut milk into a blender. Puree until smooth, pour into glasses and serve.

* 1 (10 ounce) can frozen pina colada mix
* 1 cup crushed pineapple in juice, undrained I like the
sweetedned better
* 1 cup vanilla ice cream
* 8 cubes ice * 1/4 cup whipping cream * 4 cherries with stems

DIRECTIONS
Combine the pina colada mix, pineapple with juice, vanilla ice cream, and ice in a blender. Mix completely. Pour the whipping cream into a bowl, and beat until soft peaks form. Stir into the pina colada mixture to blend evenly; pour into four glasses. Top each drink with a cherry.

* 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks frozen if possible
* 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
* 1 banana, its better if you freeze it first
* 1/4 cup ice cube
* 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
* pineapple chunk (to garnish)
* 2 table spoon shredded coconut (optional)

Directions
In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if desired, honey. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses Garnish each serving with a small wedge of pineapple and a paper umbrella.

* 1 6-ounce container Coconut Cream Pie-flavored low fat yogurt
* 1/4 medium-size frozen banana
* 1 cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
* 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Directions
This cool tropical drink will provide you with almost half a day's worth of calcium and a third of your daily dose of vitamin C. It's also high in potassium, an electrolyte that helps maintain fluid balance and plays an essential role in the contraction of muscles. The perfect after-workout pick-me-up, this smoothie is so delicious it's destined to star at your next summer party.
In a blender, place one 6-ounce container of Coconut Cream Pie-flavored low fat yogurt, 1/4 of a medium-size frozen banana, 1 cup of unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks and 1 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice. Mix well in blender or a food processor. Pour half of the mixture into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple spear, black cherry, and paper umbrella

Lecithin granules;
Lecithin is a fat emulsifier that helps your body break down fat and flush it from your body its great for you skin, hair and digestive system but the best thing about it, is it makes your drinks creamy and sweet naturally!

Protein Powder
any protein powder is fine jut look out for the calories in it, it can really vary

Substitute Milk for Soy Milk
the soy milk that is produce these day taste really great and some are vanilla or chocolate flavored.

NEVER ADD SUGAR !
Sugar is so bad for your body but if you need it to be a little sweeter, which don’t feel guilty I love sweets!, add honey instead of sugar. Honey is actually incredibly good for your body and is a natural healer and is just allover a great beauty and healthy food!

At any time it is ok to use Ice Cream to make it extra rich and creamy to ANY Smoothie recipe including tropical strawberry smoothie recipe. and turn it into a shake, yummmmy
