Basic Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
* 8 strawberries
* 1/2 cup skim milk
* 1/2 cup plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt
* 4 tablespoons honey
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* ice cubes, between 4 and 8 depending how you like it
1. Just throw everything into a blender, strawberries, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla. Put in ice a couple at a time until desired. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
This makes only makes a serving for one so double up or triple up depending on how many you need to make
Stupendous Blender Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
* 3 cups frozen strawberries
* 1-1/2 cups orange juice
* 1/3 cup lite silken tofu or you can use milk
* 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
* 2 Tbsp. whipped cream
* Ice 2 to 8 it's all up to you and your taste buds
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
This will Serve 3.

* 1 banana sliced then frozen
* 6 strawberries fresh frozen is best
* 1 cup vanilla yogurt or 1 cup vanilla Ice cream
* 1/2 cup whole milk
* 3 teaspoons honey
* 2 to 4 ice cubes depending on what yo like
